Platform purpose
Direct Owners is a property discovery and matching platform that helps property owners and buyers/renters find and understand relevant supply and demand in Forest City, Johor.
Eligibility
Users must be able to form a legally binding agreement in their jurisdiction to create an account and use Direct Owners.
Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs through their account.
Owner representations
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the property information they submit, including their right to list, rent, or sell the property.
Verification
Verification levels reflect the checks Direct Owners has completed and do not constitute a guarantee of legal title, ownership, or property condition.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit false, misleading, or impersonated listings or requirements, and must not use the platform to harass other users or circumvent its safety features.
No guarantee of match or transaction
Direct Owners helps identify potentially suitable matches. It does not guarantee that any match will result in a transaction, and is not a party to any transaction between users.
Due diligence
Users are solely responsible for independently verifying property information, ownership, condition, and legal matters before entering into any transaction.
Not professional advice
Nothing on Direct Owners constitutes legal, financial, valuation, or investment advice. Users should seek independent professional advice before making property decisions.
Third parties
Direct Owners may work with third-party service providers (such as email delivery or hosting) who process data only as needed to operate the platform.
Intellectual property
The Direct Owners name, logo, and platform design are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
Availability and suspension
Direct Owners may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
